Private personal training delivers results!

Private Personal Training is a great way to dial in and achieve the specific goals you desire. Working closely with a personal trainer allows you to create and set specific exercise and health goals, provides you with flexibility of session bookings, structured exercise sessions to assist you with reaching your training goals, provides accountability and support from your personal trainer and gives each exercise session purpose. You don’t have to be an athlete to obtain the benefits of personal training. Training in a one-on-one setting with your personal trainer can also provide you with the confidence to perform certain exercises you are uncomfortable with or unsure of how to perform and provide guidance with managing injuries and musculature weaknesses.

Personal training is suitable for all levels of fitness and ages. Fun Fast Fitness personal training clients range from teenagers through to matured adults.

We strongly recommend personal training for the following reasons:

  • If you are after very specific results
  • If you really struggle to stick to a regular exercise routine
  • If you struggle with injury or chronic illness that inhibits you keeping to an exercise routine

What to expect from a Personal Training session:

Each session is designed specifically for you to achieve the goals you have collaboratively made with your personal trainer. At each 45-minute session you will exercise under the supervision of your personal trainer to ensure you complete every part of the session correctly and you get the most out of each session to reach your target results. Your session may be focused on strength building, fat loss promotion, injury management or prevention, sport-specific, fitness level improvement or general lifestyle improvement. This focus is dependent on your set-goals.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-Private Personal Training is a private session with a personal trainer where 3-6 participants can be involved. This is a great way for families, small groups of friends or work colleagues to get fit together. It is a great and affordable way to train with a health and fitness professional present and the cost is split across the group.
