High Tempo Classes

These classes target strength, cardio, boxing, & toning. The schedule lay out allows great variety for the week. 

Low Impact Classes

These are great classes to commence in that allow you to move at a steady pace. Classes target strength building, stamina improvement and work towards a steady increase in. fitness levels.

Seniors Strength Classes

These classes are suitable for adults 55yrs+ and focuses on strength building and bone health. Classes are circuit based weight training. A great option for osteopenia and osteoporosis management.
