Our high tempo classes are designed to improve fitness levels using an effort and heart rate tracking system. Our classes provide a variety of training methods to build lean muscle, improve joint and muscle health, and promote improved cardiovascular fitness. The class schedule for our high tempo classes has a whole-body approach with alternating days of strength and cardio based programming with the addition of hollistic classes including stretching and core-based sessions.
