Low Impact Training Classes

Low impact classes allow a reduced intensity and modification of exercises to suit individual needs. Our low impact option allows beginners to ease into exercise again and manage ongoing niggles and injuries. 

Our low-impact classes focus on strength building, injury managment, and steady cardiovascular fitness improvement. The classes are generally designed in a circuit format allowing individual effort pacing. 

We offer these classes during our quieter time slots to reduce the overwhelming feeling of the gym environment and provide a welcoming experience to work closely with our supportive trainers.

Low Impact Exercise Still delivers Results

Performing exercise at a more low-impact intensity is still effective to deliver health benefits including lowering blood pressure, improving muscle strength, promoting improved joint health and range of movement as well as the mental health benefits. Low impact exercise can also be a great option to commence exercise again and reduce the risk of aggravating exisiting injuries.
