Cardio Training Classes

A Cardio Zone session involves simple exercise movements targeting large muscle groups performed in various ways. We track Cardio Zone sessions using heart monitor tracking technology to ensure you are in effective exercise zones to achieve optimal results and calorie burn.

Our goal of Cardio Zone is to help you achieve an effective cardio session in 60-minutes with some sessions burning over 600 calories.
