Muscle toning classes also assist to rehabilitate muscle-related injuries or reduce risk of injury and also promote bone-health.

A muscle toning session utilises a variety of weight machines, free weights, body weight and resistance band exercises. These sessions will help you target specific muscles to tone muscle and build strength.

These sessions involve 60-minutes of strength training contributing to meeting the recommended exercise guidelines of a minimum of 2 strength training sessions per week.
